Prior to setting up in consultancy, Elaine worked for the Royal Lyceum Theatre as Business Development Manager where she was part of the Management Team that successfully implemented the Advancement Strategy for the Theatre with responsibility for increasing revenues from fundraising. In later years, the Theatre saw a decline in this areas and Elaine was subsequently appointed to review the position and produce a new Fundraising Strategy and to contribute to the new Business Plan and Development Strategy. The Strategy was adopted by the Board and Elaine was then commissioned to assist with its implementation. The corporate, individual and charitable giving to the Theatre was transformed as was its promotion as a venue for events and functions during this period. Each of these saw a marked increase.
